My Story

For over 20 years, as a Computer Science Engineer, the opportunity to be in different leadership positions within the IT industry including: Team Lead, Sr Manager, Global Virtual Team Manager and Director, has allowed me to successfully create positive change, achieve extraordinary results by inspiring, empowering and creating cohesive teams.
My journey includes creating teams, motivating team members by helping them on their professional growth, generating and applying strategies to adapt to the particular changes of the business to exceed customer expectations for Fortune 500 companies.
Customer success has been the inspiration to work every day on my own professional and personal version. Practicing Mindfulness and Silence Yoga meditation has been key to overcome the many personal challenges contributing to my growth.
As a Breakthrough Coach Certified and CCF Certified Coach Practitioner, I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life, replace habits and becoming a leader of your emotions.
