My Coaching Story

Transformational Leader

For over 20 years the title "Coach" was not in my Professional Résumé.  Little did I know, it was actually my personal signature.

After a set back in my career where depression and being burn out came to be part of my history and with them, the call to be healed and find my true self.

Discovering my true purpose brought me to make my personal signature, my new identity.

I restarted my spiritual path, dig deep into the version I was and find the version I really wanted to be. 

As I was healing using Acceptance, Forgiveness, Living in Gratitude, Letting Go of what no longer served me, and finally Re-birthing into the version 2.0... I got the message, loud and clear, I have the responsibility and opportunity to help others to find their own path and see through the fog of the thoughts during uncertain times.

Then, action was required, I joined the DYL and SSY organization and enrolled the CCF organization and got officially certified in 2020 as a CCF Coach Practitioner, fully engaged in the Wbecs 2020 Summit to add more tools to my practice and started my certification with Marcia Reynolds on Breakthrough Coaching using Reflective Inquiring.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth, give an inspirational space to dig into the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can overcome them with confidence, grace and resilience.
