Inspiration. Key of Success

Updated: Oct 21, 2020

Many years ago, during a radio interview, I was asked what my key to success was.

After reflecting for few seconds, I responded that every day I woke up with the intention to be better than yesterday and that inspiration kept me going through out the day. What I came to realize later on, was the fact that I was inspired and motivated to find new ways to serve better and the desire to embrace the best attributes of the people I admired the most.

Inspired by Nelson Mandela, I remind myself that nothing is impossible and we are the leaders of our soul. With that in mind, every obstacle to accomplish a goal, is converted into an opportunity to achieve even higher results. Every instant is a learning opportunity. Humility as key to Leadership from the point of understanding the light and knowledge every person brings to the table and the importance to create a safe place for every human to be authentic.

Albert Einstein defying and questioning the status-quo. When we forget to be curious and challenge the nature of what we perceive, we limit our possibilities. Mother Theresa giving and serving others with unconditional love. Every goal being worked from a place of unconditional love, where the final result is the well-being of the employees, the clients, the stakeholders and away from our EGO, is a driving force to exceed any goal we can set for ourselves or our teams.

Leonardo Da Vinci, letting his curiosity flow and constantly immerse in the many expressions of geniality. Remain curious, leave the "I know" at the door and open your mind to the many ideas coming from everyone, including the space you create for new ones coming from you.

My grand-fathers, both entrepreneurs in their own towns, reinventing themselves with every business. Unstoppably working in new ideas and recognizing when the wind has changed to move into another direction. A sense of responsibility and creativity to raise from the ashes, rebuild and continue growing.

There are many other inspirational leaders, well known and those known just to us, in different fields to take inspiration from in our pursue of achieving our goals and be successful.

Who are your inspirational leaders? What attribute do you want to embrace?

Set your vision, be inspired every day and work towards your goals to reach your success.
